The agreement between Tafyra and buyers of research materials.
Orders and acceptance
An order becomes binding once we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, compliance or delivery requirements cannot be met, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and exclude any duties or import charges that may apply in the destination country. Payment must be completed before dispatch.
Conditions of use
All sales are subject to our research-use policy. Ordering confirms that the materials are for laboratory research only and that you accept responsibility for lawful handling in your jurisdiction.
Liability
Tafyra is responsible for supplying the materials described, tested as documented on the batch record. We are not responsible for how materials are used after delivery.
