Shipping & returns
How and when your order arrives, and what happens if something is wrong.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders confirmed before 15:00 CET on a business day are prepared for dispatch the same or next business day. You receive tracking as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is €6.95. Orders of €300 or more ship free. Duties or import charges, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Discreet packaging
Everything ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to contents on the exterior. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with insulation.
Returns
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For safety reasons opened vials cannot be returned.
If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
